Project Management

The Grazioli Company (“TGC”) provides comprehensive project management services encompassing both the preconstruction and construction phases of a project.

Project management is very much a team effort. TGC specializes in assembling, leading and managing outstanding professionals in multiple disciplines to provide realistic and effective solutions that ensure the project meets the clients goals. We utilize an integrated and flexible team approach that enables our clients to have the level of control and involvement they desire. Through the entire process we are always looking ahead to eliminate barriers for success or come up with innovative approaches to course correct if we hit an unexpected roadblock.

We set very high standards for ourselves and our teams. At TGC, on time and on budget are not good enough. We are constantly looking for ways to accelerate the schedule, value engineer and reduce costs, minimize risk and increase rewards to the client without sacrificing quality or the eventual use and/or marketability of the project.
