TGC has provided direct management and supervision to personnel involved in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment; the care and cleaning of buildings and grounds; the operation of heating, air conditioning, and ventilating systems; plumbing and electrical systems; roofing, building envelope and interior maintenance of properties. We have provided facilities and operational input on major/minor capital projects, new building design and on remodel-improvement projects, including working closely with engineers and architects in the specification development stages of these projects.
